At Vitality Village, our movement classes are designed with intention and purpose to enhance fitness, function, and mindset. Our comprehensive approach to physical and mental fitness in a group setting helps you expand your capacity and achieve your goals. Whether you're looking to improve physical strength, boost mental clarity, or enhance overall
well-being, our classes cater to a variety of needs and fitness levels.

 

Led by experienced instructors, each class is designed to guide you on a journey to optimal health, improving your momentum towards meeting your goals.

Group Health and Wellness Classes

What to Expect:

Group Health and Wellness Classes

Our Vitality Movement Classes provide a supportive and engaging environment, equipping you with purposeful tools to improve your physical and mental health. Choose from a variety of classes tailored to different goals and preferences, ensuring a holistic approach to fitness and well-being.

  • Bring: Yoga mat (we have extra if you don’t have one); water bottle; some classes require sneakers - check with instructor

  • Wear: Clothes that are easy to move and breathe in

  • Preparation: An open mind is encouraged - let us guide you and enjoy the ride!

Membership/pricing info: 

  • Membership Session: 50 points
     

  • Unlimited monthly classes: $129  
    *commitment of 3 months required
     

  • Package of 10 classes: $265
    *expires 1 year after purchase
     

  • Drop-in: $35

Pilates

  • Focus: Core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning

  • Benefits: Tones muscle, enhances posture, reduces risk of injury, improves balance and flexibility


Yoga

  • Focus: Flexibility, strength, calmness and mental clarity

  • Benefits: Reduces stress, tones muscles, increases flexibility, supports mental well-being, improves digestion and much more depending on the type of yoga class
     

Prenatal Pilates

  • Focus: Safe exercise for expectant mothers

  • Benefits: Strengthens pelvic floor, supports healthy pregnancy, reduces pregnancy discomfort

 

Prenatal Yoga

  • Focus: Gentle movement, breath control, and relaxation for expectant mothers

  • Benefits: May ease pregnancy-related discomfort, prepares for childbirth, calms the mind, enhances emotional well-being

 

Cortical Field Re-education (CFR)

  • Focus: Neuromuscular re-education, enhancing movement intelligence, and facilitating profound healing for both body and mind.

  • Benefits: Increases ease and efficiency of movement, reduces discomfort, enhances body awareness, and improves overall resilience in life.
     

Functional Movement Training

  • Focus: Practical strength and dynamic movement patterns to energize and transform your fitness routine.

  • Benefits: Increases strength and flexibility, supports daily activities, reduces injury risk
     

Mobility Training

  • Focus: Joint  and bone health and range of motion

  • Benefits: Enhances movement ease, significantly reduces the risk of injury, improves performance. Experience smoother, pain-free movement.
     

Meditation

  • Focus: Cultivate mental clarity and relaxation

  • Benefits: Reduces stress, sharpens your focus, and elevates your emotional well-being.

Breathwork
